Service · AI Search Visibility
AI search visibility without the snake oil
Customers now ask ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity who to trust locally. We make your business easy for AI systems to find, understand and represent accurately — and we test the results monthly with a documented prompt bank. No one can guarantee a recommendation. We build the conditions that make one likely.
No sales call at any stage. Every price is on the pricing page.
In plain English
When an AI assistant answers “best private clinic in Bradford”, it is not consulting a secret index. It reads the open web: your pages, your Google Business Profile, review platforms, directories, press and forums. If those sources are thin, inconsistent or silent about you, the assistant either omits you or — worse — describes you incorrectly.
There are three distinct problems: being mentioned at all, being cited as a source, and being represented accurately. We work on all three, in that order of difficulty, and we are frank about the fact that AI results vary between platforms, sessions and phrasings. Anyone selling “guaranteed ChatGPT recommendations” is selling something they do not control.
Signs you need this
- AI assistants recommend competitors and omit you
- AI answers state wrong facts about your business — hours, services, status
- Your sector is being reshaped by customers researching via chatbots
- You have been pitched expensive “AEO” tools and are rightly sceptical
- You rank well on Google but are absent from AI answers

The products this work comes through
The free test shows the problem; the audit sizes it; the Growth plan is where the monthly prompt bank lives.
Not sure which? The free snapshot is three findings from your own website, checked by a person, with no call and no obligation.
Scope
What the work includes
- Baseline AI visibility test: a documented bank of discovery, comparison and trust prompts across major assistants
- Source-ecosystem audit: which sources AI answers cite in your market, and where you are absent
- Entity consistency work: identical facts across site, profiles, directories and registers
- Answer-ready content: concise, factual, well-structured pages AI systems can quote
- Structured data supporting machine understanding
- Monthly retesting with recorded results and change log
Boundaries
What it deliberately does not
- Guaranteed inclusion or ranking in any AI assistant’s answers
- Prompt-injection tricks, cloaking or content designed to deceive AI systems
- Fake reviews or astroturfed forum mentions
Delivery
How this work runs
- Prompt baseline
We run your prompt bank across the major assistants and record mentions, accuracy, sources and sentiment.
- Source gap analysis
We identify which sources the assistants actually cite in your market and where you are missing or inconsistent.
- Fix the evidence
Entity corrections, content, profiles and authoritative mentions — prioritised by citation likelihood.
- Retest monthly
The same prompts, re-run and recorded, so change is visible and honest.
Three surfaces
Where this fits in Google, Maps and AI search
Nothing on this site is sold for one surface. The same evidence is read by a search engine, by the map, and by an assistant.
Google Search
The same technical and content foundations power both — this is not a separate universe from SEO.
Google Maps
Business Profile data is a frequent AI citation for local facts.
AI answers
The direct focus: mentions, citations and accuracy across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and AI Overviews.

What actually influences AI answers
Consistency and evidence. Assistants cross-reference multiple sources; contradictions lower confidence and get you dropped. A business whose name, services, location and credentials read identically across its website, Business Profile, regulator entries, directories and press is easy to represent. One with three trading names and conflicting information is a liability the model avoids.
Citable content matters too: clear answer-first pages, real FAQs, published prices, named people with credentials, and original useful material that third parties reference. That is what earns citations — not a hidden meta tag.

Why we test with a prompt bank
AI answers are probabilistic: the same question can produce different answers on different days. A single screenshot proves nothing. We keep a fixed bank of at least twenty realistic customer prompts per client (discovery, comparison, trust and service-specific), agreed with you in writing, and run it every month against at least two named assistants, recording mention, cited sources and factual accuracy. Trends over months are meaningful; single results are not.

Questions
AI Search Visibility: asked and answered
Can you guarantee ChatGPT will recommend my business?
No — and this is a question worth asking every provider, because the honest answer is always no. AI outputs are probabilistic and platform-controlled. We improve the evidence those systems rely on and measure the results transparently.
Is this just SEO with a new name?
It overlaps heavily, deliberately: AI systems read the web that SEO builds. The additional work is entity consistency, source-ecosystem coverage, answer-ready content formats and systematic prompt testing — things classic SEO rarely measures.
An AI assistant says something false about my business. Can that be fixed?
Often, yes. Inaccuracies usually trace back to a stale or wrong source — an old directory entry, an outdated page, a conflicting profile. We find and correct the source, then verify the answer changes over subsequent retests.
Which AI platforms do you test?
At least two of ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude, chosen with you and written into the plan, plus Google’s AI features where they appear for your searches. The prompt bank and every month’s results are yours to keep.

Reading from the Insights desk
Long-form, referenced, written from implementation rather than theory.
No one can promise a local business an AI mention, but the evidence the assistants read can be measured
What Google, OpenAI and Perplexity document about local answers, how often those answers change, and what a clinic or plumber can actually influence.
Structured data can tell a search engine what a business is; it cannot rank it or make an AI recommend it
What Google's own documentation says structured data does for a local business, what it has withdrawn, and where the claims about AI outrun the evidence.
Google names three local ranking factors, and most of what the industry adds is inference, not fact
Google publishes three local ranking factors. Here is how the industry's longer lists were built, which claims tests support, and which break Google's rules.
