No performance guarantees
Search rankings, map placement, rich results and AI assistant outputs are controlled by third-party platforms. Nothing on this website constitutes a guarantee of rankings, map-pack inclusion, AI recommendations, lead volumes or specific commercial outcomes. Illustrative figures, sample reports and diagrams marked as demonstrations do not represent client results.

Content, diagrams and downloadable resources are © HighRegard. Downloadable checklists may be used within your own business; republication or resale requires written permission.
Service engagements
Prices published on this website are fixed for the products described. HighRegard is not currently registered for VAT. Prices shown are final amounts; no VAT is added. Engagements are governed by the written service agreement issued before work begins, which prevails over anything on this website.
Orders, payment and cancellation
One-off products (the Website Revenue Audit and Repair Sprint) are sold to businesses at the fixed prices published, with payment taken securely by Stripe — we never see or store card details. If you cancel before submitting your completed intake form, you receive a full refund. Once investigation work has begun we may deduct a fair amount for work already done; once your report has been delivered, the service is complete and the fee is not refundable. Delivery timescales are as published: the audit within three working days of completed intake, and Repair Sprint implementation five to seven working days after access and scope are confirmed in writing.
Monthly plans (HighRegard Local and HighRegard Growth) are rolling subscriptions billed monthly by Stripe with no minimum term. Cancel at any time from your Stripe subscription management link or by emailing us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no further payments are taken. The Authority Transformation is application-only, with staged payments agreed in a written schedule before work begins — nothing is paid at application.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for loss arising from reliance on website content or from interruption of the website. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
