The flagship — £8,950 fixed · 8 weeks

The Authority Transformation

A complete, founder-led rebuild of how your business is found, understood, trusted and chosen — online, end to end.

Why this exists

Most businesses should start with the £295 audit, fix what it finds, and stop there. A smaller number have a different problem: the website, the trust evidence, the local presence and the way machines read the business are all underbuilt at once, and piecemeal fixes keep moving the bottleneck rather than removing it.

The Transformation is for that situation. It is the whole system rebuilt in one deliberate, sequenced engagement: how you are found (search, Maps and — increasingly — AI assistants), how you are understood (what a stranger and a machine can each work out about you), how you are trusted (evidence, consistency, credentials), and how you are chosen (a customer journey that actually converts attention into enquiries).

The AI part deserves emphasis, because it is the part most businesses have not noticed yet. A growing share of customers now ask ChatGPT, Gemini or Copilot for a recommendation instead of scrolling search results — and those assistants answer from what they can read and verify about you across the public web. A business that is illegible to them is simply absent from those conversations, however good it is. Weeks six and seven exist to fix exactly that, honestly measured with a before-and-after record.

The eight weeks

A sequenced rebuild, not a burst of activity

Each phase produces something you keep, and nothing is implemented before you have approved the blueprint.

Week 1

Diagnose

Everything the Website Revenue Audit covers, taken further: full customer-journey testing on real devices, technical crawl, trust and evidence review, local visibility baseline, and a documented baseline of how AI assistants currently describe your business — so every later change is measured against a dated starting point.

Week 2

Architect

The plan, in writing, before anything is touched: information architecture, page-by-page purpose, the customer journey redesigned from first impression to enquiry, and the exact list of changes with what each is for. You approve the blueprint before implementation begins.

Weeks 3–5

Rebuild

Implementation under change control: pages rebuilt or repaired, conversion friction removed, mobile experience fixed, performance problems addressed, forms and enquiry routes tested end to end. Every change logged, every risk taken to staging first where the platform allows it.

Week 6

Establish authority

The evidence layer most websites are missing: qualifications, accreditations and team made visible and verifiable, claims backed or removed, reviews and public profiles brought into agreement with the website, and business information made consistent everywhere it appears.

Week 7

Local & AI visibility

Structured data implemented and validated so search engines and AI assistants can identify what you do, where you operate, what you charge and why you are credible. Google Business Profile alignment, location and service-page signals, and a re-run of the Week-1 AI baseline to document what changed. We make your business as legible as it can be made — we do not and cannot promise how any platform will rank or cite it.

Week 8

Validate & hand over

Everything re-tested against the baseline: journeys, performance, structured data, local and AI visibility. You receive the full change log, the evidence pack, plain-English documentation of how to keep it maintained, and everything remains yours.

Then 90 days of included monitoring: visibility, indexing and journey health watched after completion, with a written report at the end.

Included

  • Everything in the Website Revenue Audit and Repair Sprint, without the twelve-improvement cap
  • Founder-led throughout — the person whose name is on this website does the thinking
  • A written, approved blueprint before any change is made
  • Implementation under change control, with a full change log
  • Structured data designed, implemented and validated across the site
  • A dated before-and-after record of local and AI-search visibility
  • 90 days of post-completion monitoring, with a report at the end of it

Not included — said plainly

  • Guarantees of rankings, traffic, leads, revenue or AI recommendations — nobody honest sells those
  • Paid advertising management, social media management or PR
  • A full visual redesign or replatforming (we improve what you have; a rebuild project is quoted separately if genuinely needed)
  • Content in regulated areas published without your professional sign-off
  • Ongoing work after the monitoring period — the optional monthly plans exist for that, and are never required

Eligibility

One Transformation at a time — and not for everyone

Applications are reviewed personally by the founder. We accept the engagement when we are confident it can pay for itself in your numbers, and decline it when we are not.

A good fit usually means

  • A local service business where one customer is worth hundreds of pounds or more
  • The owner or decision-maker is in the room and available weekly during the eight weeks
  • You can grant website and profile access, and approve work within agreed timescales
  • You want the work done properly once — not a cheap version of everything

If the honest answer to your application is that the £295 audit or £795 Sprint would serve you better, that is the answer you will get.

Questions

Asked before applying

Why is it application-only?

Because at £8,950 the work has to be able to pay for itself in your numbers, and for some businesses it honestly cannot. The application asks what a customer is worth to you so we can check that maths before taking your money. When the answer is “the audit is all you need”, that is what we will tell you.

Why only one at a time?

The Transformation is founder-led by design — it is not passed to a delivery team. One engagement at a time is the real capacity of that model, so that is the published limit. It is an operating fact, not a marketing tactic.

How does payment work?

Nothing is paid online and nothing is due at application. If we accept the engagement, payment is staged across the eight weeks on a schedule agreed in writing before work begins. The price is fixed at £8,950 — no day rates, no overruns billed. HighRegard is not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is added.

What happens after the eight weeks?

You keep everything: the rebuilt pages, the structured data, the documentation and the evidence pack. We then monitor visibility, indexing and journey health for 90 days and report at the end. If you want ongoing upkeep after that, the monthly plans exist — clearly scoped and cancellable any month — but the Transformation is complete in itself.

Five minutes, nothing charged, no commitment made by either side. The founder replies personally within two working days.

A rough figure is fine — this is the honest maths we will check before accepting the work.

e.g. “we depend entirely on word of mouth”, “a competitor dominates search”, “enquiries have slowed”.
