We test your website’s customer journey, identify the most important conversion, trust, visibility and accessibility risks, and give you the exact fixes in priority order.

  • Every finding evidenced, dated and reproducible
  • Fixed prices, published openly
  • No sales calls — everything runs by email
  • No guarantees invented, no urgency manufactured
  • Serving the UK from Yorkshire & the North of England

What it is

A proper investigation, not a screenshot with a score

Up to ten of your most important public pages and your principal customer journey, tested the way a real customer experiences them — on mobile, on desktop, form by form, claim by claim.

The output is a report you can act on the same day: what is wrong, the evidence, why it matters commercially, and exactly what to change — specific enough for you or your developer to implement without guesswork. Findings are classified honestly as confirmed defects, likely risks or professional judgement, and anything we cannot reproduce does not get reported.

Delivered within three working days of your completed intake.

The scope

Six dimensions, tested properly

Each dimension below is worked through with a structured procedure — the same one shown in the published sample report.

Customer journey

  • Clarity of your primary offer — can a stranger tell what you do in seconds?
  • Navigation, calls to action and enquiry or booking routes
  • Contact forms, telephone and messaging links — tested, not assumed
  • Mobile usability at real device widths
  • Unnecessary steps, distractions, confirmation messages and dead ends

Trust and decision-making

  • Qualifications, accreditations, team and contact transparency
  • Reviews and social proof — present, visible and consistent
  • Pricing clarity where relevant, and claims that need evidence
  • Consistency between your website and your public business profiles
  • The customer objections your website leaves unanswered

Technical performance

  • Mobile and desktop performance and page-load problems
  • Broken links, forms and buttons
  • Indexing basics, titles, descriptions and heading structure
  • Image optimisation, HTTPS and obvious security warnings
  • Structured-data basics, duplicate or missing content, responsive layout

Local and search visibility

  • Location signals and service-area clarity
  • Google Business Profile consistency with your website
  • Service-page coverage against what you actually sell
  • Internal linking and competitor-page comparisons
  • Whether search engines can understand your business, services and location

AI discoverability

  • Whether major AI-assisted search experiences can identify what you do
  • Whether they can tell where you operate and what your principal services are
  • Whether your apparent credentials are visible to them
  • Whether public sources about your business agree with each other
  • Clearly explained method — and no promises about inclusion or ranking

Accessibility risk

  • Missing alternative text, colour contrast and form labels
  • Keyboard navigation, focus visibility and heading order
  • Link clarity, zoom and mobile readability
  • Obvious motion and media issues
  • Stated plainly: a risk review, not a WCAG conformance assessment or certification

What the audit will not claim

  • That a fix will produce a specific amount of revenue or leads
  • That your website is legally compliant, or certified accessible
  • That rankings or AI recommendations are guaranteed
  • That a tool score is absolute truth

The Repair Sprint — £795

Prefer it fixed for you? That exists too.

The Website Revenue Repair Sprint includes the full audit, then we implement up to twelve agreed improvements — completed five to seven working days after access and scope are confirmed in writing.

Included

  • Everything in the Website Revenue Audit
  • Up to twelve agreed improvements implemented within the standard scope
  • Calls to action, headings and page copy, service descriptions
  • Contact routes, forms and navigation improvements
  • Titles, descriptions, internal links and basic structured data
  • Image alt text, trust sections and FAQ content
  • Mobile-layout, straightforward performance and accessibility fixes
  • Change control: written authorisation, backups confirmed, before-and-after evidence, desktop and mobile testing, and a full change log

Outside the standard scope

  • Complete website redesigns or rebranding

Where an issue falls outside the standard scope, we say so clearly and give you a separate recommendation. Nothing is expanded without your written approval, and we never make changes to your website without clear authority.

Questions

Everything people ask before ordering

What is a Website Revenue Audit?

A structured, evidence-backed review of how well your website turns visitors into enquiries. We test your main customer journey and up to ten key pages for conversion friction, trust gaps, technical faults, local and search visibility problems, AI discoverability and accessibility risks — then give you the fixes in priority order, each rated for impact, confidence and effort.

Who is it for?

Local service businesses where one additional customer is genuinely valuable — clinics, practices and other high-value services. If your website looks fine to you but produces fewer enquiries than your reputation deserves, this is built for you.

What problems does it identify?

Things that make it harder for a prospective customer to trust, contact and choose you: confusing offers, weak or hidden calls to action, broken or unconfirmed forms, mobile layout faults, missing trust signals, inconsistent business information, pages search engines cannot clearly understand, and accessibility risks that quietly exclude some visitors.

What do I receive?

A written report: executive summary, overall assessment, your five highest-priority issues, full findings with evidence for every claim, quick wins, medium-term improvements, a comparison against up to three local competitors, and a prioritised action plan. Every recommendation is specific enough for you or your developer to implement.

What is included — and what is not?

Included: everything listed in the audit scope on this page, delivered as a complete report. Not included: implementation (that is the Repair Sprint), redesigns, rebranding, platform migrations, custom development, paid advertising, ongoing SEO, legal advice or accessibility certification.

How long does it take?

The audit is delivered within three working days of your completed intake form. The Repair Sprint completes five to seven working days after access and scope are confirmed.

Do you guarantee more enquiries?

No — and you should be wary of anyone who does. What we stand behind is the quality of the investigation: every finding is reproducible, evidenced and dated, and every recommendation is specific enough to act on. What your website does with those fixes depends on your market, your offer and your follow-through.

Is this an accessibility certificate?

No. We carry out an accessibility-risk review using automated tools and structured manual checks, which is genuinely useful for finding problems that exclude visitors. It is not a full WCAG conformance assessment and it is not legal certification — and we will never present it as one.

Will you make the changes for me?

Yes, if you choose the Repair Sprint (£795, which includes the audit). We implement up to twelve agreed improvements within the standard scope, under proper change control, with before-and-after evidence and a full change log.

What access do you need?

For the snapshot and the audit: none — we work from your public website. For the Repair Sprint: secure collaborator access to your website platform, arranged after purchase and scope agreement. We never ask for passwords by email.

What platforms can you support?

The audit works for any website. For Repair Sprint implementation we support the mainstream platforms — WordPress, Wix, Squarespace and similar. If your site is on a proprietary or unusual platform, we will confirm feasibility before you pay for implementation.

What happens after I purchase?

You receive a short intake form immediately. Once it is completed, delivery of your audit begins — within three working days you have the full report. If you chose the Repair Sprint, we then agree the implementation scope in writing before touching anything.

How is my information handled?

We collect the minimum needed to do the work, keep customer projects separated, never request passwords by email, remove our access when work completes, and never reuse your confidential information. Details are in our privacy notice.

Why should I trust the findings?

Every claim in the report is reproducible: we record the URL, date, device and tool for each test, and we distinguish clearly between confirmed defects, likely risks and professional judgement. The sample report on this site shows exactly the standard you will receive.

Not ready to spend anything?

The free three-point snapshot shows you the standard of our work on your own website. If it is not useful, you have lost nothing.
