About

Built from the owner’s side of the desk

Most website consultancies learned their trade selling websites. HighRegard learned it buying the problem — and having to solve it, with real money, in a regulated sector.

The founder

HighRegard was founded by Salim Miah, a UK prescribing pharmacist who opened a private clinic in the North of England. Opening the clinic was the easy part. Getting the website to actually produce enquiries — to be found, understood, trusted and chosen — was a different education entirely.

He did the work himself: testing the customer journey on real phones, fixing the friction, rebuilding trust signals, correcting the technical faults, making the business legible to search engines and AI assistants — all in a regulated healthcare setting where every claim has to survive scrutiny.

That experience exposed a gap. Local business owners are surrounded by people selling “marketing activity” — retainers, dashboards, jargon. Almost nobody offers the thing an owner actually needs first: an honest, evidenced answer to “what specifically is wrong with my website, and what do I fix first?”

The Website Revenue Audit is that answer, productised: fixed price, fixed scope, fixed timescale, and findings a non-specialist can act on.

How we work

We are founder-led and deliberately lean. Analysis and production are amplified by AI tooling — used openly, with every output reviewed by a human who is accountable for it. That combination is why a focused consultancy can deliver unusual analytical depth at a £295 price point without cutting corners.

We are also honest about where we are: a new consultancy building its evidence base in public. You will not find invented client logos or fabricated statistics here. You will find a complete published sample report and a free snapshot that lets you judge our work on your own website — and as customer results accumulate with permission, you will find those too.

Working principles

  • No guarantees we cannot control — enquiries, rankings and AI answers belong to your market and the platforms
  • Every finding evidenced, dated and reproducible; every report readable by a non-specialist
  • Regulated-sector discipline by default, not as an add-on
  • Recommendations ranked by commercial impact, including “this is fine — leave it” where that is the honest answer
  • You own everything: your report, your evidence, your website

Who we serve
